Diana versus Teresa

Last week's 10th anniversary of the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, brought all kinds of news specials, documentaries, and made for TV movies.

As we mark the 10th anniversary of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta's death, where's the media?

My math teacher back then made a comment the day before Mother Theresa died that "All of the media attention given to Princess Dianna is ridiculous and that if someone like Mother Theresa died they wouldn't get any." It was truly sad the next day, but the point he made is so true. To a bunch of high school kids it spoke volumes. It still gives me cause to think.

Mother Teresa has not, nor will she ever need, media.
She touched so many, many more than Diana ever did, through her quiet way of just doing good. And she became famous in spite of herself.
Why invite the media to (as they would undoubtedly do) ruin a good thing? Her works and words speak for themselves.
